soo wheres the boots??? set incomplete??

yeah im kinda dumb when it come to this things soo where can i get some greenboots like restron set and why is it soo confusing when im buying this i find the set parts i the most unexpected NPC like when im buying on npc i find some suit for acro on the merc
tab and when i go to magician tab i find some merc equip?? can anybody help me?? somebody i really suck at these stuffs
