you need IQ you can drop on the monster just north of FLARIS
10 Rincruet from muffrin and 5 popshift from popcrank

No you need to go to volcan follow the path, cross the bridge and climb the mountain. On the top you have a pnj who give you the quest and valid it... same PNJ for become Hero
